I have been very hesitant about doing this but my end goal is to provide a space where we can all feel amazing, inspire and motivate others, prove to ourselves just how badass we are, and be healthy!! All while working out AND having fun!

To accomplish this I do need some help. I am so very fortunate to have been able to partner with Mike Pelton at his new Inner Circle location in Portland Ct. The space is huge, promising, and will provide so much to our community. The goal is to have his karate dojo upstairs and my fitness studio downstairs. Unfortunately the downstairs needs work done. 

I need to drywall, paint, lighting, and most importantly, install special gym flooring in the space. The one last major piece of equipment I need to finish out this amazing space is a cable machine. 

I can already imagine the camaraderie, sense of family and community, and overall badassness being brought to a whole new level in a personal training studio that we all helped put together! 

Anyone who knows me knows that this journey in the fitness field is truly my passion and allows me to wake up everyday knowing I’m doing what I love. For that I am humbled and grateful beyond words. I see so much potential for this space and with the help of my community I know it could live up to its fullest potential and continue my passion and further serve my community the best way I know possible.  Any help would be appreciated with love and gratitude.
