Patrick Walters Medical Fund

Patrick Manning Walters was born Dec. 13, 1955. He joined the Navy at 18, he became my dad at 26. I'm pretty sure up to that point he had never been around a child, especially a child like me, see I was a bit spoiled and a cry baby.  He drove across country twice to get me and my mom, so we could start an amazing journey that made me the man I am today.  He has always been the strongest, hardest working man I know, not to mention the best dad a guy could have. We recently found out that our definition of strength has stage 3 lung cancer. My dad served in the Navy for 20 years, and worked another 18 years with Norfolk Southern railroad, and is so close to retiring, but the cancer is going to make that very hard.  My mother is an angel, that refuses to let me worry about them, but the truth is this is not going to be easy and they are going to need help.  I'd really I’d like to raise enough money to take my parents to all the things I ruined as a child, but I don’t think that is a possibility so I’m just asking for any little bit you can spare so they don’t have to worry so much about medical bills or keeping the electricity on.
