Best send off and the Christmas chantelle wanted

Back in August chantelle received the most devastating news anyone could received, that she had stage 4 cancer and aswell as several brain tumours.

After weeks of treatment on the brain tumours, it has come apparent there is no more anyone can do.

Chantelle is a loving mum to 3 beautiful children, at the age of 39 this is no kind of news a young mum and her family want to receive.

We are setting up this page in order to provide what ever help we can to chantelle and the family at this sad time.

Chantelle is loved by many people and is a inspirational, funny, outgoing woman who will be remembered by many people for a long time to come, especially if you had the privilege of knowing her.
