Bernie and MaryAnn were in a serious accident with a truck on MaryAnn's birthday. The truck failed to yield to them. Bernie luckily walked away at 80 years old without serious injury. MaryAnn, who is 77, was not so lucky. With several broken bones, she has had one surgery so far but will need 2-3 more at a minimum plus rehabilitation. She is looking at a long road to recovery.

Bernie is my dad and I am setting up this GoFundMe with MaryAnn's daughter Rachel to help support their expenses right now. They ran a business together and Bernie will not be able to do all this alone. Their vehicle is totaled, Bernie has to travel 45 miles each way to see his wife in the hospital.
