Bernice Taylor and her husband hired a contractor to remodel an old home for retirement and the contractor ended up gutting the house and destroying it, and took them for over $60,000. This GoFundMe amount will help them get started on realizing the completion of their retirement house. The money the contractor stole was the majority of the equity from the sale of their previous home, leaving them with no money to continue renovation with a new contractor. The contractor (Kristopher Bain of Telos Contracting) not only stole their money, but he also damaged the property. No donation is too small and everything is greatly appreciated.
