In March 2001 after the sudden and tragic death of my father I stepped out in faith and launched my own music ministry LVC & Bernajo Music Productions. Since that time I have been doing gospel music ministry in the city of Los Angeles and other areas of the country sharing original songs and performing annual concerts yearly of my collections of original music. Over the years there have been a lot of ups and downs doing what I love to do but I continue to strive to do great ministry in music in excellence and power and bless the world with the songs that God has given me. It’s not easy to fund these efforts independently and do them at a quality level. I have always depended upon God and all of the wonderful supporters that I have had over the years to do quality ministry in music. This fundraising campaign will help me to continue to host quality concerts in good venues that people from all walks of life can enjoy free of charge. In order for me to continue to do great ministry of this caliber I need to raise a significant amount of funds for my next musical efforts and I need the help of my family and friends to do it. I need to begin now to launch a major fundraising effort to share my music at a quality level in order to cover various expenses and get the necessary funds to complete my music project. ABOUT ELDER JOHN MARTIN BERNARD JR.
Elder John Bernard’s desire in ministry is to take God’s music and message to the world and to minister to the saved and the unsaved spreading the wonderful message of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Known by many of his peers and associates as an anointed minister, singer, songwriter, director, and worship leader, the passion that Elder John has for music ministry is refreshing.

As a native of San Diego California, his musical destiny began in his grandfather’s church where his gifts and talents were first noticed and affirmed by his mother.
At the tender age of 6, John began singing in the church choir and by the age of 10 years old he began directing the church choir. By the age of 17 he was penning original songs and perfecting his gift of songwriting. He also accepted his call into ministry at the age of 19. While in high school, he formed his first Gospel choir by accident, but it was really destiny because this sparked a solid love affair with Gospel music. Upon graduating high school in 1994, Elder John Bernard received a music scholarship to Central State University.

As a proud member and ordained elder of the New Antioch Church of God In Christ under the leadership of Superintendent Jeffery Lewis, he serves in various capacities at his local church ministry. He is also the founder and organizer of Bernajo Music Productions, and LVC (Life Voices Chorale). Outreach ministry efforts are also one of his passions so you can find him ministering on a weekly basis at group homes, transitional living facilities, and Skid row Outreaches in music ministry as well as preaching the word of God.

Elder John Bernard has been blessed to work with many accomplished artists in the music industry and the list continues to grow as the Lord enlarges his territory with opportunities to expose his unique and dynamic ministry in music to the world.
