This September, I’m taking on an exciting challenge: running the Berlin Marathon to support CORE Ireland, an incredible organization that provides vital mental health services across the country.

Running has been transformative for me personally, especially when it comes to my own mental health. It’s more than just exercise; it’s been a source of clarity, balance, and resilience. CORE Ireland offers similar support to so many individuals in need, providing hope and healing where it’s needed most.
