Bergen Equestrian's School Horses need your help
Donation protected
Smalls, Hailey, Captain Jack, Maime, Meatball, Ritz, Vinny. These are some of the 25+ school horses that make up our lesson program. Not only have they introduced many riders young and old to riding and the life-changing bonds that develop between horses and people but they have also brought so much joy and comfort to people in our community through different programs such as equine-assisted therapy for veterans, at-risk kids, people battling addiction, girl scout programs, and school field trips. Please join us in giving back to them.
The lesson program was completely closed for 6 weeks due to the pandemic and has been facing a challenge as all the programs very slowly and safely start to open back up.
The BEC School Horse Fund needs donations to ensure that the lesson horses continue to have access to specialized care such as supplements, special hay and grain to meet health-related diets, maintenance medication, specialty farrier shoeing, dentistry, vaccines, routine, and emergency vet visits.
Thank you in advance for any contribution you can make to help the lesson horses get through this difficult time. If you can’t, we understand and would appreciate it if you can share our fundraising efforts with your friends and family.
Here are a message and a picture from one of our teammates:
Meatball is one of my favorite horses to ride at BEC. His personality always shows while riding him. He is super goofy and fun to ride and beyond adorable.
Please help us raise more money for these amazing beautiful animals that we love so much.

We are hoping to see you soon when we can all go back to doing what we love safely.
