Bergen Emergency Vehicle Repair

Hi, my name is Justin Bergen and I have just started a family with my beautiful wife Mikayla and our three sweet little daughters. We have encountered many financial difficulties over the last year, but this one has been the most challenging yet.

Last week, both of our cars broke down- mine in its entirety due to head gaskets. The brakes on Mikayla’s car and one nearly flat front tire due to leaking are also extremely troubling, and it is becoming increasingly dangerous to drive our kids around in it.

My car is a requirement for my job, as I use it to drive clients from place to place. Mikayla drives the girls to and from school in our other car, and for errands with our 3-month old.

The bill for the repair of my car is $1440, (and I still owe a different mechanic $1358 for fixing my brakes). I’m estimating Mikayla’s will be in between $250 and $400 for new tires. We don’t have any emergency savings for this, and my next paycheque will be eaten up entirely by this expense. I have gone to the food bank this week to get groceries, and we have already had to borrow money from friends and family just to pay rent and buy gas this month. I am now looking for a third job to help with basics.
