JSO police recruit, Tony Cephas was a loving father, committed husband and devoted friend. His dream was a life committed to public service. He passed leaving his wife of 16 years, two children and innumerable friends.

Tony and Tanisha decided to home school their children at the start of their marriage. Assuming the financial responsibilities are a new adjustment with his passing. Donations will be used for the numerous expenses associated with this transition.
