I am raising money to donate to a dear friend and colleague, Samantha Birosh, who tragically lost her birth mother, Lisa, on March 5, 2023.

As most of you know Samantha's personality and smile light up the room and she pours her heart and soul into her work for our children. She is incredibly passionate about her work and selfless in her endeavors to empower and encourage youth in sports and hold space for every child's confidence to grow. She truly has a gift for connecting with children and goes above and beyond in her efforts to make sure every one of her clients is celebrated in their sessions.

The death of Samantha's mom has left a hole in Sam's heart and has also left her 4-yr old sister, Maddie, without a parent. Lisa is survived by her 6 children Ashlee-Rose, Samantha, Austin, twins Kaleb and Connor and Maddie. She was a single mother raising Maddie.

As the sole proprietor of a small business with no employees to cover her clients, it is incredibly difficult to afford time off on an emergency basis and I don't believe Sam will put herself above the kids or her business as much as she might need to. I am hoping, with your generosity, Samantha might be able to afford a bit of freedom to take some time for herself to grieve and help her siblings through this difficult time.
