On June 21st at 10:48 pm, our beloved father Bobby, aka Benzo, made his heavenly transition. At just 55yrs old, his vibrant and spirited life on this earth was taken due to gun violence, leaving behind family and friends who love him dearly.

We are in the process of creating arrangements for his celebration of life and calling upon community care to help us cover the costs of this sudden and unexpected loss.

We will miss him so much, but we are grateful for the lessons in love he instilled in us. One of his sayings was always, “Pollards don’t cry,” yet we joked with him that under his tough exterior, he was the biggest teddy bear and crybaby we knew. At the time of his transition, a tremendous thunderstorm appeared and roared & poured over the Antelope Valley, giving us a full display of how deep his love and tears went.

We aim to give him a wonderful celebration, and we appreciate your love and support during this challenging time as we figure it all out.
