Ben Zamora's Memory: Support Music for Underserved Youth

We are heartbroken to share the passing of Ben Zamora on May 19th, 2025, at the age of 33. Ben was a beloved son, devoted big brother, and loyal friend whose presence brought light, laughter, and love to everyone who knew him. Whether through his self-taught musical talent, his effortless athleticism, or his quiet strength, Ben had a way of making life brighter for those around him.

He was the kind of person who gave more than he took. He always showed up, always lifted others, and lived with compassion, curiosity, and drive. Ben left this world far too soon, but not without making a lasting impact.

In honour of his life and legacy, we are raising funds for The Remix Project, a Toronto-based organization that provides arts and creative industry training to youth from underserved communities. Remix helps young people pursue their dreams in music, film, business, and more by offering mentorship, education, and real opportunities.

As a gifted artist who taught himself music, Ben would have connected deeply with this mission. Supporting young creatives, especially those without access to resources, is a meaningful way to carry his spirit forward. He lives on through his lifelong music projects: Horizons, Highcard, and his self-titled work, Ben Zamora.
