My name is Joselyne. Bentley is my sweet 3 year old husky. He’s so loyal and loving. Unfortunately, this past weekend he ran out and some cruel person drugged him. He’s been fighting for his life since Saturday night. We attempted to take him to the ER but they turned us away due to being at full capacity. We had to wait until morning when he was already experiencing seizures all night. I am very upset because he could have had a better chance if they would have just taken us in. Bentley is currently in the ER fighting to stay with us. We really want to give him the chance to continue fighting before we have to make a very hard decision. We do want to give him a few days but having him stay there is getting to be pretty expensive. They are trying to control his symptoms and get the drugs out of his system but it is really just having to wait to see if he is getting better. We are having a hard time accepting our dog is in the state he is. And it’s even harder and angering to accept that someone could do this to him. Anything would help and you would be helping us give him a chance at living the rest of the life he was supposed to live.
