January 11, 2015 we had a son Bentley Casimir Plosczynski. He was taken to Children’s Hospital in Milwaukee the night he was born. Unfortunately he was down there for 10 weeks and 4 days and passed away. Although this was the hardest time of our lives, we had amazing support from our family, church, and community which allowed us to stay down there and spend every moment with him during his short, but so impactful life!!
We have been working hard for a couple of years now at opening a restaurant called Bentley’s Cafe in memory of our son and to give back to everyone that surrounded us and supported us throughout that difficult time. We have never reached out like this for help, but many friends and family members have told us we should, so here goes!
The money in this fundraiser would be used to finish up the remainder of work inside of Bentley’s and get us closer to opening our doors! Any amount would help and be greatly appreciated!
