Bentley English Bulldog (Bladder Stone Surgery)
Hello Everyone! Please help save me! I have a rare case of Cystine stones in my bladder where stones should not be! I am a sweet and loving English Bulldog name Bentley. I just turn 7 years old, and I am a survivor from a puppy mill out in Lancaster, PA.
Our boy Bentley came to our family unexpectedly, but we’re happy that he did! Bentley was a mess when he came to us. He has worn down teeth, chronic dry eyes, sores on his paws and was underweight. Poor baby did not even know how to walk on grass. Bentley was not house trained, did not know what a bed was and did not know how to play with toys. However, he has the BEST characteristics and personality! Bentley gets along so well with adults, children, and other dogs! He’s so calm and mellow. All he wants to do is be around people and cuddle with them!
Our family has had Bentley for 7 wonderful months! He is now a very handsome and big boy! Bentley is house trained, he knows what it is like to sleep on a bed, but he still does not know how to play with toys. It’s okay because he loves to eat and sleep! That’s what makes him the happiest besides being around people! I truly wished we had Bentley since he was a puppy so he can be with us longer. He really deserves all our love and attention!
A few months ago my mother was diagnosed with breast cancer. Our family is now financially helping my mother with her medical bills. Unfortunately, a few weeks ago, we found out that Bentley has a rare case of bladder stones (due to his genetics) and he needs surgery as soon as possible. At this difficult time, we are asking for any financial assistance to help him. Bentley will also need long term monitoring and diet care, so the bladder stones won’t come back in the future. We wish we could do more for him. Please help us with Bentley’s medical care so that he can live a happier and better life in his remaining years. We truly appreciate all the help! Thank you so much!
