Benson and I  Need Help!

A few weeks ago Benson developed a bad case of diarrhea.  I thought it was from a change in his diet, but it got progressively worse.
He started yelping out in pain when he would go to the bathroom and if you would touch down by his bottom.
On Monday I took him the the SPCA in the Mission and they put him on oral antibiotics, anti inflammatory drugs and probiotics for his tummy.
He did well for a few days then Wednesday night he was up all night whining and pacing and the diarrhea was back. I knew something was wrong.
I took him the next day to the SPCA Emergency care the next day, but the wait was so long and they had a very sick cat come in so we were sent packing.  Today (Friday Morning) he was very lethargic, frequently urinating and wouldn't eat so first thing, I took him back and got him right in.
Sadly my little guy is very sick.  He has a bladder infection (this explains the frequency in urination and paid in the genital region) and he also has a pre-existing Kidney issue which this is also exacerbating.  
Currently he is at the SPCA over night were they are giving him fluids, antibiotics and running tons of tests.  They are trying to get him stable and well so they can figure out what is going on that caused the initial diarrhea.

This is where i really need help.  I have been able to pay for the minimum care but this expense is going to be out of my means.  I am not usually one to ask for help but I am humbly asking for anything you can give to help me see Benson through this rough patch.

He is 14 years and i feel has a few good years ahead of him.  Anything you can do to help me reach my goal would be greatly appreciated.

My goal is to raise $6,000 cover today and future visits and supplies.  It appears this is going to take him a while to recover.

Please help my baby get well.
