Ben’s Medical Emergency and Recovery Fund

Donation protected

On Saturday June 20, 2020, the first day of summer, Ben Cornelius, a beloved alumnus of the ERHS theatre department, was in a serious skateboarding accident. Ben was rushed to the hospital and admitted to the ICU with a fractured skull and bleeding on the brain. Ben’s CT scan on Sunday showed the bleeding has stopped but he’s not out of the woods yet.

Because of restrictions at the hospital due to the coronavirus pandemic, Ben is currently fighting this battle alone, as his family cannot be with him.

Ben was a bright light in ERHS’s theatre department, full of laughter and energy, a true mentor and friend to everyone. He is currently attending St. Cloud State University, where he is majoring in Communications.

This fund will help cover Ben’s medical bills and expenses incurred on his road to recovery. We know our “Cowardly Lion” has his paws up to fight this injury!

Let’s show Ben just how much we love him and help ease the financial burden he and his family are facing.
