Hi my name is Karina Jimenez and Florentino Jimenez (Benny as everyone knows him by) is my husband and was diagnosed with colorectal cancer back in February of this year. Benny is the glue of this family and has always put us before him and now he needs help.

I myself am disabled and have undergone 5 back surgeries and haven’t been able to work since June of 2018 so I can only help with my disability check which is not much, so we’ve been falling behind on paying bills like our mortgage, doctors bills, taxes and some credit cards.

I know Benny would never ask for help from anyone even though he is always the first one to help out a person in need whether is with money or moving or anything else, he will literally take the shirt of his back and give it to you to protect you.

He loves to feed people and always loves to cook for anyone that stops by and visits our home and he will never let you leave our home on an empty stomach.

Right now he cannot cook nor Can he eat because the chemo smell is so strong and he already lost 30 lbs. And he is not even have way through the first stage.

he has received 3 chemo treatments so far and needs 3 more before moving to radiation and then chemo again followed by surgery.

He has continued to work because he is just the type of person that doesn’t like to miss work because he knows there’s people counting on him that need to work as well.

The money that I am asking for is to catch up with our mortgage and help pay for the copays cause we have maxed out our credit cards paying for MRIs, CT scans, surgeries and copayments.

we would greatly appreciate any help you can give, even is it’s a dollar it will be received with deep appreciation as if it was more.
