October 4th Bennie suffered a seizure in his sleep and was life flighted to Saint Francis in Tulsa. His MRI showed a tumor on his brain and he was advised to have surgery to remove it. The following week he had brain surgery to remove the tumor and the surgery was a success! Bennie works for Cherokee Nation at WW Hastings Hospital. At this time Cherokee Nation's sick leave bank is depleted and Bennie's close friends and family are aware that due to recent circumstances he doesn't have any sick leave and will not be getting paid during his time off. Because of this we would like to try to raise funds to support the family during his time off. Anything donated is greatly appreciated!
