In 2022, my marriage was destroyed and I didn't know what to do.
Years of isolation was accompanied by allegations that threatened my custody of my children and hurt my reputation.
I firmly deny these accusations, yet they’ve deeply affected my life.
I'm sharing this story because I think that I made a mistake. My fear of burdening others and valuing my privacy have made me suffer in silence for years as I have moved four times, spent over $150,000 defending myself in years of litigation.
While I'm committed to moving forward positively, this new chapter has brought unexpected financial challenges. Starting over and ensuring the kids have what they need as a single parent has strained my resources, especially after the astronomical legal fees which aren't even finished.

- Ensuring I can keep my children's childhood home and they aren't forced to move
- Paying off about $200,000 in debt that I have as a result of 3 years of litigation
- My dog doesn't need any money but she will appreciate her owner being less stressed
Your contributions matter but more importantly, I want to ensure that everyone has the truth. I will survive and eventually pay off all this debt.
Sharing the truth is important to me because third parties getting involved in my divorce and funding litigation has been catastrophic and will likely take me the better part of a decade to recover from.
Regardless of what amount is raised, I promise to donate that full amount to charity as soon as I can financially afford it because I firmly believe in paying it forward. I also hope to propose systematic changes in order to improve the system for the next generation. After what I am going through, I cannot accept that this is best system that we can design to resolve differences.
