Bennett Park Signs

The Challenge

My name is Scott Sorensen, and I’ve played baseball at Bennett Park every summer for the last eleven years. I’ve seen the place in every capacity—as a player, umpire, concessions stand worker, grounds crew worker, and (of course) spectator at my little brother’s games—and I’ve noticed that often families and visitors can’t find their fields. In collaboration with Bennett Park leadership, we have developed a solution, and we need your help to make it happen.

The Solution

I'm a Life Scout in Deephaven's Boy Scout Troop 345, and for my Eagle Project I want to give back to Bennett Park by installing:

• A professional quality master Bennett Park field map sign at the park's entrance

• Dedicated field and directional signs around the park to direct extended family, friends, and visiting players where they need to be, including two sign posts with directional blades and additional vinyl signs along baseline fences.

Your Donations will allow us to create and install these signs so that they can benefit our ballplayers for years to come.
