Bennett Graces Cancer Battle

Hi, my name is Paula and I’m making this to get help for my daughter and my granddaughter. My granddaughter Bennett was recently diagnosed with Kidney cancer. My daughter Natalie herself just had her 1 year anniversary of her own fight and year long battle with kidney cancer. She had just gotten back into the work force building her life back and now Bennett has to go through something very similar to her mom. My daughter has had to give up her job so she can care for Bennett as she isn’t allowed in daycare due to being immunocompromised. The situation watching your child be sick with cancer is stressful in itself, now imagine if you know exactly how bad that chemo makes you feel or how much everything hurts and you have to let that happen to your child anyway. I told her it’s like PTSD she is reliving her nightmare and it’s worse because it is your child. So I’m just trying to relieve the financial stress for her as best I can as I can’t do anything but hold them both and love them to help with the emotional stress. They live 2.5 hours from the hospital that Bennett gets treated at so travel expenses add up quickly. Then you put on top of that how do I pay my bills since I can no longer go to work until her treatment plan is complete. That won’t be for 9 months if we are lucky.
