Friends, Family and Community, it is with a heavy heart to share that our family received devastating news on April 17th, 2025. Our youngest son Benji was diagnosed with pediatric cancer for the THIRD time at only 11 yrs old. Benji's treatment regimen will entail an aggressive 40-weeks of chemotherapy, surgery and out of state travel for medical care.

From being diagnosed with Choroid Plexus Carcinoma - Brain Cancer at 9months old and Papillary Carcinoma - Thyroid Cancer at 5 years old - beating both have not come without a cost. Benji has spent the majority of his life facing many medical challenges and long-term effects but continues to beat the odds against him.

Benji is up against a very aggressive diagnosis Osteosarcoma - Cancer of the bone, scans and biopsy confirmed two tumors on his ribs. We are currently awaiting results for additional concerns and are preparing for another long grueling 10-month journey ahead. From brain surgery, chemotherapy, stem cell transplants, thyroidectomy, over 65+ blood & platelet transfusions, weakened bones including a bilateral hip fixation, there is nothing that has stopped Benji from thriving. We are putting all of our faith and prayers into another full recovery and that he will Beat Cancer again for the 3rd Time.
