Benjamin is in end stage renal disease at age 27 and has started dialysis. He is already in a lot of medical debt due to his illness and is still being a full time paramedic/firefighter in DC, father, and husband while trying to do dialysis. When Ben is not saving lives, he spends his time with his family. Benjamin is very passionate about his work and his family. Benjamin does not talk about his illness much nor the need for money for his family/medical bills. 

Ben is still working so he can keep health insurance. He also is still working because he LOVES what he does and does not want his illness to affect that. He works very hard so he can pay off his debt, save for a transplant, and give his kids the life they deserve. 

My goal is to give him money toward his debt and also toward a kidney transplant so he doesn’t have to do dialysis and be away from his kids. If you can’t donate, that is totally okay but please just pray ❤️
