Benjamin’s celebration of Life

Our wonderful dad  Benjamin “ Benji” Ortiz   passed away Friday May 14 , 2021. After a month of fighting Covid, The Lord decided  that the battle belonged to him and took the burden off of our dad . A few days before he  passed he expressed his final wishes to us  which we are currently trying to honor. 
If you knew our dad, then you knew how highly he thought of his grandchildren. Not only was he a father to his own kids, he was highly admired by his 9 grandchildren whom he treated as his own. Our family is raising money in the hopes that we can pay for accommodations so that his grandchildren can attend his memorial service . As my dad wished , his ceremony will be held in Puerto Rico where he will be reunited with the rest of his family. The funds will be used for travel accommodations.         

Because of covid restrictions, the grandchildren didn’t get the opportunity to physically say goodbye. Their attendance to his memorial would be a special way to provide them with closure. 

Any amount would help and would strictly be used for fulfilling his wish. Even if you can’t donate, a share would go a long way.
