Benjamin's Lifesharing Transition

Benjamin is turning 21 and due to this must transition to a new facility. Due to the complexities of his medical conditions it benefits him to have someone who know him well.
The opportunity has been presented to me to enter into a Lifesharing program this would allow me to have Benjamin live with me. Since he moved to our facility we have developed a special relationship. I have taken him to all his oncology appointment, special events and even his fathers funeral. We have developed a strong bond, which takes a lot of time to build for someone who’s history and cognitive abilities makes it hard for him to trust people.
In order to make this work, I will need to find a new home, furnish it appropriately and make sure he has everything he needs before moving in. I am raising money to help with this transition and to make sure he has the best care available.
