We are devasted by the loss of our 6month old pup, Benjamin. We tried 2 emergency surgeries to save his life, but they proved unsuccessful. As we mourn his loss, we are left only with his medical bills as the bitter reminder of our futile efforts. It is a tragedy that will we will carry with us always.
Love and gratitude,
Helena & Christina

Hello All. As some of you may know, Benjamin Franklin has been through a tough time as he ate one of his toys last week. He stopped eating and started vomiting. After taking him to the vet and getting x-rays twice, he was booked for surgery as he was unable to pass it. Successful removal of the foreign body gave us all hope until a few days ago when he suddenly became septic as his incision sites were found to be leaking. As we refuse to give up on this little (yet oh so big) guy we are asking for some help.
Many of you know Benjamin to be a long legged, super lovey, sometimes bitey, snuggle bug. He’s a six month old bundle of energy that we want to be with us for years to come.
Unfortunately, the bills have become increasingly higher within the last week as we have had to drag him from vet to vet and specialist to specialist, and this is just the beginning. As the surgeries for now are completed, we have a long road ahead of us with recovery and potential complications.
He is a fighter through and through as we have seen thus far. We thank you in advance for any donations given that will go directly to his recovery efforts.
