In Loving Memory of Benjamin Carrillo Quintero

I am hoping to raise funds for my friend and housecleaner, Martha, whose husband unexpectedly passed away from a heart attack while working on the job last week. He was 64 years old.

Martha needs funds to pay for her husband's funeral as well as funds to sustain her and their daughter during this difficult transition.

Benjamin & Martha were married for 35 years and have a daughter, Yessica, age 30, who was born with developmental disabilities, (like my youngest daughter.)

Now Martha and Yessica are facing the future without their husband and father, who was their rock, their protector, and their main provider.

Martha works as a housecleaner and takes care of Yessica at home, but she is not sure if she can afford to stay in their home in Oakland, CA, located near the Colosseum and Stadium. I am trying to help her daughter get services, such as Home Support Services, (IHSS,) so she will be cared for while Martha is working. But getting services in place takes several months, so Martha will need funds to help pay their rent until Yessica gets IHSS, at which time Martha can work full time to keep a roof over their heads.
