I have started this GoFund me to help my niece and nephew with their travel expenses to Rochester. These adorable almost 5 yr old twins both suffer from a kidney disease called Nephrotic Syndrome. Since they are so young they must travel frequently to Mayo Clinic where they are being treated. They can use this money to help their parents with fuel, lodging and food while they are go to their appointments.
