In Loving Memory of Ben Hurst

Dear Family and Friends,
As many of you know now, my Dad, Ben Hurst, passed away on 4/2/16. My mother came home from work and found him, slumped over, on the front walkway. It is unclear at this moment what caused his death, but as soon as the autopsy results are given to us, we will share with everyone.
Currently I am working on all arrangements for my father's burial and am with family at their home in Lake Elsinore. I understand costs are high and unfortunately he did not have a life insurance policy. I am excercising all options to alleviate any stress off of my mother during this difficult time & asking for any donation, small or large. Also, I encourage anyone to prepare their favorite memory of Ben, which will be shared at his services. If you do not feel comfortable to share publicly, please email me. This would truly warm our hearts.
My plan is to honor Ben's wish to be buried at the Riverside National Cemetary and have a traditonal flag folding cermeony and rifle salute. Ben was a proud Vietnam Veteran serving in the 101st Airborne Division as an Infantryman. Once burial details and dates are finalized, I willl be in touch with everyone.
Ben is survived by his wife Cecilia, sons Eric, Adam, Benjamin Jr, daughters Joy, Christina, and grandsons Jared and Mason. Joy is also expecting and soon Ben will have another addition to our family.
On this last note, I would like to thank everyone who has reached out to me and I apologize for not replying back. I just arrived home, from a business trip, Saturday evening and this was the first news I received. I am also processing this unexpected loss and dont want to rehash this over and over again via text/phone conversation.
