Benevolence fund for Rox's home going expenses
Donation protected
On December 23rd after several days in very intensive care on ecmo at the hospital, our Lord took Roxanne Nightingale home to be with Him. Christmas was her favorite holiday and she got to celebrate in perfect and complete health and joy with our Savior!
Even though this has been an unspeakably hard time for her parents, Darrel and Kathy- they (and her family) are confident we will see her again soon. This world is temporary and fleeting. We don't know what each day holds- but we know and trust in the hands of the One who made it. It doesn't ease the pain we feel on this earth- her loss leaves a gaping hole in the entire Nightingale family, and in the hearts of her parents and siblings who must go on without her. Please pray for the Lord's mercy and peace for Darrel, Kathy, Robyn, Tyler, Brandy and family, that they would feel this words of this Psalm: "I know the Lord is always with me, I will not be shaken, for He is right beside me."
Besides prayer, another immediate need the family has, is funds for her end-of-life care in the hospital, the several days very intensive care she was on, and the expenses for planning her funeral. Bills will be coming soon and the last thing we want the family to have to deal with right now is money. I represent one of many of Roxanne's cousins and family members who desperately loved Rox and her family and want to care for them as much as we can. If you feel led to give, any amount will be so appreciated. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to me personally.
In the days and weeks ahead, we do continue to covet your prayers for her family as they endure such an immense trial.
On behalf of the whole Nightingale family,
-Leah Jung (Nightingale)
"Then the angel showed me the river of the water of life,
bright as crystal, flowing from the throne of God and of the Lamb
through the middle of the street of the city; [...]
No longer will there be anything accursed,
but the throne of God and the Lamb will be in it,
and His servants will worship Him.
They will see His face, and His name will be on their foreheads.
And night will be no more.
There will need no light of lamp, or sun,
for the Lord God will be their light,
and they will reign forever and ever!"
