BENEFIT FOR GARY NOTHSTEIN JR
On Sunday, August 2, 2020, our friend and colleague passed away tragically from injuries sustained in an ATV accident on his family's farm in West Penn Township. Gary is survived by his wife Kelly and son Logan who will turn 4 next month.
Professionally, Gary was knowledgeable, approachable, and helpful and willingly took on any challenge. He was the liaison between Customer Quality and GRA and the TTB board. He assisted C&A with formula reviews daily, was an active FEMA Committee Board Member and a valuable global team member assisting the Coca-Cola account. He was always available, conscientious, levelheaded and an extremely dedicated IFF employee.
Personally, Gary was a loyal friend, wonderful husband, father, brother, and son. He went out of his way to help anyone solve problems. He was the voice of reason and could diffuse heated situations with his soft, calm demeanor.
This world lost a gentle, warm and loving soul. Gary will always be remembered because he touched so many of us in his own special way.
I was lucky to have known Gary over the last 6 years working together at IFF. Over time, our relationship quickly grew into more of a friendship; we shared similar interests & hobbies and talked frequently about the adventures of fatherhood; our children were only a few months a part so we shared countless stories about them growing up.
Please keep his wife, son and his entire family in your thoughts and prayers.
All proceeds collected will be for his son, Logan and his future education.
