Benefit for Cesar Garcia Medical Expenses

Cesar Garcia is one of the best utility operators at Fort Bliss Water Services Company where he embodies our motto of "serving those who serve" in all that he does.  He always puts the needs of others before himself, and his caring and concern for others is remarkable.  It's now our turn to give back to Cesar.  He was recently diagnosed with prostate cancer and is undergoing radiation and chemotherapy treatment.  He has responded well to this treatment and although he is not out of the woods yet, his prognosis is very promising.  In order to cover his medical expenses, Cesar has faced severe financial hardship and has even had to deplete funds he had set aside for completing the construction of a bedroom addition he was personally building for his daughter.  Although he was able to secure some limited medical insurance coverage, his out of pocket contributions towards his treatment are very high.  Please consider making a donation to Cesar to help him defray the cost for past and future medical treatment.  Any donation you can make to Cesar is helpful and greatly appreciated.  Thank you.
