My name is Erlinda Paulino and I am reaching out to you for help. In 2021, my husband Brent was diagnosed with chronic kidney disease, which has been progressively getting worse. Despite making lifestyle changes, his kidneys are now functioning at just 10 percent, and he requires dialysis treatments three times a week. His doctors have informed him that a kidney transplant is the only way to prolong his life.

This illness has made it increasingly difficult for Brent to do the things he loves and be there for his loved ones. With your help, we can help Brent get back to living his life to the fullest.

Regrettably, the total expense for relocation and other related costs are high. We are currently making efforts to fundraise and reduce the overall expenses, but we still have a long way to go.
