In March of 2021, after complaining of knee pain, an MRI confirmed that then 16 year old, Alexis Voichahoske, had stage IV Osteosarcoma. She then underwent surgery along with chemo to best treat her disease. In May of 2022, additional spots were found in her lungs, and she remained in treatment over the summer. As her disease progressed, Alexis had her right leg amputated under the guidance of her medical team in June of 2022. We are seeking to help her family with medical expenses and allow her parents to take time off to spend with their sweet girl.
