Our dear friend Benedicta Mertes has been fighting for her life for many years, and sadly her fight is ending
For those that know Benedicta she has always been full of life, never settling for the confines put on her by her Dr.s And someone that would say it exactly as she saw it, like it or not. We love her for that and so many more things. She is a true and dedicated friend. Unfortunately she has reached the end of her fight and I'm heartbroken to say that her journey with us is ending.

After her long battle with brain tumors, Benedicta and her family have extensive medical bills. Now that her tumor has progressed to the point of needing hospice care, her husband is unable to work.
