Menslink is a local Canberra charity that provides mentoring, counselling and educational services for young men aged 12-25.
As a not-for-profit organisation, Menslink relies a great deal on charitable donations from the community to provide the majority of it's services free of charge.
As part of this year's Everything is Possible Charity Powerlifting Competition at Burley Strength in Fyshwick, Canberra, I will be bench-pressing Menslink's CEO Martin Fisk as many times as I can to raise funds for Menslink.
Your donation will help Menslink continue to fund monthly events for our mentors and their mentees, our counselling services, and our Silence is Deadly and PRIDE schools programs.
These strength-based services aim to give young guys in the Canberra region a hand up, not a hand out, by providing positive male role models, life advice and positive coping skills to assist them make constructive life choices.
