So to become a better chef I'm taking a position as a stagiaire (intern) at one of the best restaurants in the world. It just happens to be in Australia. The hope is one day to get paid, but for the lion's share of time there I will be working and living with no income.
I hope to just raise a bit of money so I can afford a place to live - a place with a roof and four walls, preferably.
The end result, hopefully, is to then open a restaurant soon after my internship is complete - if a job is offered the timeline will alter. But if you want to throw me $30 here or there that would be amazing and keep me from being a troll under a bridge.
