Greetings and Humble salutations, My name is Benaja St Fleur, a First-Year Freshman double-majoring in Social Work and Criminology on the pre-law track. I inspire to be a Family and Immigration attorney with a license in Mental Health Counseling, so I can advocate for individuals and families who are often unheard. I have the honorable privilege of participating in the Caribbean Student Association Pageant, representing my beautiful motherland, Haiti, as contestant number 4. Being in this pageant has given me the opportunity to not only grow as a speaker, but also lead and be more active on my illustrious Florida State Campus.

My goal as Ms. CSA is to promote the overall wellness of students especially in the Caribbean demographic. As a mental health advocate, I have realized that mental health is a taboo topic in our community and as it goes unaddressed, it creates generational habits that affects our mindsets and coping skills. With this role, I desire to break the stigma of mental health not only to our students, but also to our young and old generations.

This fundraiser is to support my pageantry costs such as costumes, pageant dues, and more! With your charitable donation whether monetary or word of mouth, you are able to help me reach my goal of becoming the next Ms. Caribbean Student Association and dreams of being a guide to those who come after me.
