I need transportation to get back n forth to dailysis.  No medical INSURANCE for transportation after my accident on may 2 2020 in greenwood lake i was airlifted to Hackensack new jersey to find out i die and they saved my life .  i was never set up with any transportation after rehabilitation and was left on my own with no help from the social worker are the people who crashed into me
