Ben Villaro's Road to Recovery

Donation protected
Dear Friends and Family of Benjamin Villaro Jr,

I am writing to you because our loving family member, and friend Benjamin Villaro Jr. needs our help.

As you may know, in 2015 Benjamin went in for routine surgery for an abcess on his appendix and then all was well. A few months passed, and he had trouble holding down his food and he lost 60 pounds in a matter of a few short weeks. His doctor ordered a ct scan and from radiology he was immediately admitted to the hospital where he was hospitalized for the removal of a bowel obstruction which turned out to be Stage 4 cancer of the appendix. He was at Pali Momi Hospital between October 6 and October 18 2015. Under the care of Dr. James Kakuda, the cancer was removed and as of that very moment, his oncologist was monitoring him closely and radiation or chemotherapy was not needed at that time. Unfortunately, the cancer had reappeared and Ben is now diagnosed with Stage 4 Cancer which has spead to other organs now.

In order to prevent the cancer from progressing, Ben will need to go through a special type of chemotherapy called HIPEC which is Hyperthermic Intraperitoneal Chemotherapy.  This critical procedure is scheduled to be completed at the San Diego, CA.

Benjamin Villaro Jr., is a quiet man who is humble and kind and so generous with his time and his help--he's been on his own since he was 15, and never once has he ever asked for help or complained or turned bitter--as a matter of fact, he always offers help to others and encourages and champions others. His wife Charlene, is also so generous and is always willing help those in need and fight for those who needs help. Family is so important to them and did not want to start another go fund me account because so many of you had helped in the past. However these are good people that gives so much to others. Which is why I am asking for your help.

Recently, Benjamin's has been in and out of the hospital so the medical bills are starting to pile up. When they travel to the San Diego, Benjamin's medical insurance will pay a percentage of his medical expenses and medications, but will not cover transportation, room and board.

Following his procedure, his Wife Charlene Villaro will be staying with him to help him with the recovery process. During that time, Charlene and Benjamin will not be working therefore, both Charlene and Benjamin will be on a limited source of income.

Your donation would help Benjamin and Charlene so much with their expenses during this critical time. These expenses would include airfares, hospital stay, visits, medical bills, and medications for Benjamin.

Please join us in putting our loving family member and friend on the road to a successful recovery by helping us pray and giving generously.
