Help Us Bring Solange to Say Goodbye & Support Bens Funeral

Hello, I'm Ben from The Council of Bens, and we've come together in this crazy world to do some good. But today it is with deep sadness that we share the passing of our dear Brother, Ben ‘The Dude' Reeve, on 29/03/2025 at 3:45 PM at the young age of 46 Year Old.

Ben had been bravely facing health challenges for some time, including a battle with addiction. For several months, The ABENgers of BENtal Health stood by him, offering support. Despite his struggles, he remained a source of strength and support for others, Ben was truly one of a kind.

As we come together to honour him, we need your help to raise these funds as soon as possible ensure that his girlfriend of 2 years, Solange, (Who Ben was hoping to marry this summer) can be here to say her final goodbye. She currently lives in Brazil, and we want to bring her to the UK so she can be present at his funeral and surrounded by those who loved him.

Remembering Ben

Ben, a.k.a ‘Loki’ Ben, was a big part of The BENtal Health Group with The Council of Bens Community, always offering support and checking in on others, even when he was going through his own struggles. He truly cared about his fellow Bens and made sure no one felt alone.

He was also a passionate advocate for Dudeism, embracing life with an effortless wisdom that made everything seem a little lighter. While he was occasionally compared to Wolverine, he was far better known for his love of Ribena and strawberry milk. A true connoisseur of the finer things in life. And, of course, he’ll always be remembered for his legendary habit of sending hundreds of YouTube Music links into the Group Chats within the community always providing the soundtrack to the conversation. We are aware this Goal may not be met but are grateful for all of your support.

Ben brought so much love, laughter, and support into our lives. This is our way of ensuring he has the farewell he deserves and that Solange can be here to say goodbye.
