ITS RAINING BEN! The Charity Skydive for Ben!

Alongside a team of 15 Bens, I’ll be jumping out of a plane to raise vital funds for a cause

close to my heart! You could say, It’s Raining Ben!

Why I’m Supporting This Cause

Ben is the UK’s dedicated charity for people working in the automotive industry, offering lifelong support to them and their family dependents. Its mission is to help individuals navigate life’s challenges and empower them to make lasting, positive changes.  

Ben provides free, confidential support across four key areas: 

• Mental Health: Assistance with stress, anxiety, depression, and sleep issues.

• Physical Health: Guidance on managing long-term conditions, improving sleep, and staying active.

• Financial Wellbeing: Support with budgeting, debt management, and financial crises.

• Social Wellbeing: Help with loneliness, relationship challenges, and life transitions. 

In addition to these services, Ben operates three care centres in Ascot, Rugby, and Berwick-upon-Tweed, providing residential, nursing, dementia, and respite care. They also offer life coaching and online self-help tools tailored to the automotive community.  

Ben receives no government funding and relies entirely on donations and fundraising efforts. Your support enables them to continue providing life-changing and, at times, life-saving assistance to those in the automotive sector. 

This will be an epic charity skydive event organised by The Council of Bens taking place on

July 9th at Skydive Langar — a day that promises to be packed full of BENergy!

Here’s how your support will help:

My fundraising target is £500.

If the target is met, £240 will go towards covering the cost of the tandem skydive —

this has been pre-arranged and agreed with the charity.

If the goal isn’t met, 50% of the funds raised will still be donated to the charity.
