My name is Karen Sassler, and along with my boys, Joe and Andy, we are hoping to help their dad, Ben Sassler, recover from the catastrophic flooding that occurred at the Lafayette Garden Condominiums located at 520 Bristol Pike in Bensalem, PA as a result of the freak storm of July 12, 2021.

Ben has been displaced from his apartment and it is very likely that he and the boys will not be able to salvage much of their personal property that was in the apartment. Ben has no idea when he will be able to go back to the apartment to see what he can salvage. He also needs to wait for engineers to inspect all of the buildings to determine if they are structurally sound enough to even be repaired. Ben's entire life has been turned upside down because of the flood and the boys and I would like to try and help him.
