Ben Pike Memorial Band Scholarship

Many of our friends and family reached out after our inaugural donation in 2022 and asked to continue contributing to this fund yearly. We decided to set up a GoFundMe to make it easy to do so. Please read on for more details about the Ben Pike Memorial Scholarship.

In memorial of Ben Pike, our family has established the Ben Pike Memorial Scholarship. This scholarship is awarded to a Senior percussionist in the Niceville Eagle Pride Band as they move on to college.

Ben's time with the Eagle Pride Drumline ignited a passion for music that continued throughout his life. He was an avid concert goer and played in local bands where he learned to play the guitar, bass, and even became a lead singer. High School can be a difficult time for teenagers and Ben was always happiest and able to be his true self when performing with his Eagle Pride family.

We were honored to present the inaugural award to Andrew Wilson in 2022 at the Spring Concert. Andrew is a talented percussionist who began attending UAB in the fall of 2022. The night was complete with a concert that truly blew us away.
