Help an Active & Loving Father Reunite with his Kids

My name is Laura Fite and my son's name is Ben. He is a dad of three amazing little ones, and we miss them more than I can put into words.

We used to be there for these kids daily and he didn't miss any activities—morning routines, bedtime routines, school drop-offs & pick ups. My son Ben coached their tee ball, basketball and soccer teams with the YMCA . We were inseparable and a very active and loving part of the kids lives. Due to his recent separation we have not see the kids since December 2024. This is heartbreaking.

The court system has tied his hands. He has been representing himself. He is required to deposit his entire pay check into a joint checking account and has no access to his own income since December with no established alimony / child support. His wife has total access to his income, she sold the family home and he has not received any proceeds from the marital home sale. He hasn’t been able to afford proper legal help, and without it, he is losing the chance to be in his children’s lives the way the kids deserve and he has no financial rights.

He is not asking for anything more than a fair chance to be a dad again. We love his kids with everything we have and they certainly love us the same way. We just want to love them, guide them, and remind them every single day how much we love them.
