Remembering Ben Kirk

Hey everyone,

On 11/29/23 my dad Ben passed away unexpectedly. He was a special person who cared deeply about his family and friends. He was always talking about the reunions he would attend for his high school, and talking about the friends he went to school with. He loved motorcycles, remastering music from his youth, and making wine to share with his friends. He loved dogs and was always wanting me to bring Pax (his dog that I have had for almost 4 years) to his house so he could visit, and he looked forward to his neighbor bringing her dog over. I'm sad that his time with us was cut short, but I'm looking forward to hearing all the memories and stories all his friends have to share.

My brother and I are devastated at the loss, and were not prepared for the high cost of funeral expenses. Right now, we are trying to cover the cost of his cremation as that has to be handled now, so we can have our dad with us again. Should there be any additional funds they will be put towards any other end of life expenses we have encountered/will encounter during this time. We hate to have to resort to fundraising, my brother and I just were not equipped to handle the costs of everything involved.
