Joseph "Ben" Benjamin Gore, son of Heidi Ripper Gore and Jody Gore, was born October 3, 2007, and passed away Friday, July 17, 2020 at Arkansas Children's Hospital at 10:20 P.M.
On Friday night, Ben left his earthly body to start on a new journey in the arms of Jesus. He has joined that host of heavenly choir. We imagine Ben running on the streets of gold with his two siblings that we never got to see or hold. Ben loved music so his voice up there is probably louder than the other Angels.
If you knew Ben, you loved him! His beautiful little smile would light up the room. He loved to watch The Price is Right, Pitch Perfect, Sponge Bob, and, lately, Hair Spray. He loved Lady Gaga! He loved to hear the reverend play his guitar and sing to him. Kathy Davis was a hit when she played her guitar and sang to him. Sissy (Charity) sang and played for him. He loved riding the side by side, laughing when he passed big 18-wheelers, and playing with his Aunt Wee Wee.
The family wishes to thank everyone that has prayed, texted, called, came by, and given words of encouragements. We thank Dr. Brown and the staff of Arkansas Children's Hospital for the care and compassion they showed Ben and the family.

We are collecting donations to help support the family during this difficult time. Aside from accumulated medical costs, funds will also be going toward monthly bills, and other expenses that may arise.
Most importantly, donations could give Ben's father the opportunity to take a little more time off work, allowing the family to focus on spending time together when it truly matters most. Please help us make this possible.
