On 3/17/23 Ben suffered a serious accident while skydiving. He unfortunately broke his back, shattering a vertebra and fracturing two more. He was in the ICU for 7 days, and remained in the hospital for three days after that. Ben required an extensive neurosurgery to decompress his spine and repair broken bones. He was extremely lucky he was not paralyzed, yet was left with 8 screws and 4 rods in his back, and a very large incision. Ben will have a very long road to recovery and some extensive medical bills. Ben was currently the sole provider in our household, caring for myself, his step-son Tyler, our one year old son Liam as well as preparing for our baby on the way, another boy who will make his appearance this September! We are looking for any help we can get at this point to pay his medical bills and keep his family afloat during this difficult time. Absolutely anything is appreciated and helps so much!
